Dancing

I like to dance with Aunt Kati. She puts music on, picks me up, and off we go! She says that she has the third spot on my dance card reserved for my wedding day (after my bride and my mommy), but I'm not sure what a "wedding" is (Aunt Kati says that's fine for now).



I especially like to be "dipped". Aunt Kati says she will NOT do that at my wedding!

17 months

I turned 17 months old today! Here are the pictures of me with Squeakers. Everyone says I just keep getting bigger and cuter!



Aunt Kati says she can't remember what she was doing when she took this picture, but I apparently thought it was hilarious.



I love to hug Squeakers!

Mini magic!

Today, we went to a place called Magic Town. It was a tiny city. I liked looking at the buildings and the people scuptures.

Bigg fun

Today, we went to a place called Mr. Bigg's. They had lots of fun play areas there, especially for toddlers!

I loved the first thing I got to crawl on - the fire truck!



I love slides, wherever they are!



Then I set sail on the seven seas as a pirate!



There was a sea dragon near the pirate ship, which was lots of fun, too.







Mommy liked sitting in the old fashioned car in the auto shop area.



I loved "cooking" in the kitchen, too.



Mr. Bigg's has the biggest sandbox in Colorado Springs. Mommy and I had fun in it!





I enjoyed crawling on what may be the biggest book in Colorado Springs.



And I also liked sliding down the bridge on it.



But my all time favorite thing was the tractor!

Zoo day!

We went to the Zoo today and boy was it fun! We saw lots of animals, but my favorite was the giraffes. I got to pet and feed them!







I liked the monkeys, too. They had a funny sign near the door to their house!





I also got to pet a goat...



...and play in the misting water...





...and crawl through the snake tunnel...



...and go down the slide!



But the most fun thing that I did all day, hands down, was riding the carousel!

Play date

Today, my friend Lachlan came over to play with me in my new pool. We had loads of fun!


I like kicking back drinking my juice on the built in seat.


Even Aunt Kati got in the pool with me and Lachlan.


Lachlan liked jumping around in the pool!


But his favorite was the palm tree with its cool water mist.

Uncle John's new chair

Uncle John got a new chair. It's called a recliner, and he likes it a lot! I do, too, even though it is a bit high so I need help to climb up into it.

I like to sit in it...


...and I like to kick back and relax in it...


...and I like to lie down in it...


...and I even like to stand up in it!
