Nature lover

A couple of weeks ago, I went to Springer's Point Nature Preserve with Mommy, Grandma Lyn, Uncle John and Aunt Kati. Another nice lady named Mary came with us, too, and she had a camera. She took LOTS of pictures of all of us, but especially lots of me! Aunt Kati said she did not get "electronic" copies of Mary's pictures, so we can't post them here. I'm not sure what "electronic" means, but I do know that Uncle John took some pictures of me at the same time that Mary was taking pictures, so we have a few of those we can share with you. Hope you like them!

This is not such a good picture of me (apparently I wasn't paying attention), but I think it's a gorgeous one of Mommy!

Grandma Lyn and I hung out together on a bench while we waited for the sun to go down a bit, so it wouldn't be so bright in our eyes.

Here I am walking through the marsh grasses.

And here I am sitting on the beach.

This picture is one example of the silly things people will do to try to get me to look at the camera and smile. Aunt Kati looks pretty normal in this one. If you want to see her looking ridiculous, you'll have to look at her blog on this topic.

Today is...

..the first day of summer! But that's not what this blog is about.

This blog is about the fact that today I turned 14 months old! Here are some pictures with Squeakers.

Swimming School

For the past two weeks, Aunt Kati, Mommy and even Grandma Lyn have taken me to swimming school at the Castle B&B's swimming pool! As you may or may not know, I LOVE bathtime and water so naturally I loved the pool too!

In class they taught us about being comfortable in the water, asking to get in (for safety!) and floating. I didnt really like the floating on my back part, but I didn't mind getting my head dunked!

If you need more convincing about how much fun i had over these 4 trips to the pool, here is a video compilation of all my best swim time moments!
